Stonegate and Stonecreek is a premier 500-acre community in central Scottsdale, just east of Scottsdale Ranch and south of Shea Blvd. Built and designed primarily by Edmunds Associates, Saddleback Homes, and Golden Heritage Homes, this premier lush community of Stonegate is comprised of approximately 900 homes in 15 distinct neighborhoods.
