Pinnacle Peak real estate is located on the north end of the McDowell Mountains, east of Scottsdale Rd, south of Happy Valley and on both sides of Pinnacle Peak Rd. Because of available land, new home and retail developments are continuing to be built northward in the Pinnacle Peak real estate. Housing options include condominiums, townhouses, villas, patio homes, semi-custom single-family homes and custom estates. Both gated and non-gated communities are available.

Many of the homes on the east side of Pima are built into the mountains, so they blend into the natural setting and have beautiful views of the cityscape, as well as the Sonoran desert. These homes generally have larger lots that range in size from 5 to 15 acres of land.
