Ironwood Village is a fairly small community located off of Pima Road right along the north end of Legacy Boulevard. With homes built and designed by ‘UDC Homes’ from 1989 through 1996, Ironwood Village is a master planned community with 13 sub-neighborhoods that offer 38 different floor plans among 704 homes fit for families of all sizes. This community consists of mostly detached homes for sale, ranging from 1,350 to 3,400 square feet, also including attached villas ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet.
